Trial of Jesus - Before Herod Antipas
In this scene, artistically interpreted by Duccio, Herod Antipas questions Jesus, but gets no answers. The work, entitled Christ Before Herod, is a tempera on wood, created between 1308-11. It is maintained at the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo in Siena, Italy.
